Wayne spent 17 years in tourism, convention and incentive marketing with the New Zealand Tourism Board. In 1994 Harris was voted as the World Society of Incentive Travel Executives “World New Member of the Year” for his contribution to this country’s first ever hosting of the prestigious Society of Incentive Travel Executives international industry conference. Harris is part-owner of GO Conference & Incentive.

Winnie has an extensive career at the forefront of the industry in New Zealand. She has managed many Blue Chip conference & incentive programmes, each with an exceptional outcome. Her destination knowledge and attention to detail with large group logistics in challenging destinations is legendary. Having been in the industry for over 30 years, she has travelled throughout Australia, South Pacific, Mexico, Europe, South America, Russia, USA, Africa and Asia. Winnie also holds a IATA / UFTAA Diploma.
Carlene has worked in a variety of areas within the travel industry since 1995. She has been involved in group management to major sporting events, conferences, high-end incentives and awards programmes. Carlene has travelled frequently to Australia and the South Pacific.
Jess has been involved in the NZ events industry for a number of years and has been responsible for conference and incentive groups travelling to destinations such as Argentina, Beijing, Las Vegas, Singapore and Vancouver.
She enjoys the variety our industry has to offer and having also lived in Rarotonga and Dubai, where she worked in weddings and corporate events as well, Jess discovered early on that her favourite (and the most rewarding) part of the job, was seeing successful and memorable events come together.
Nicola has been involved in the travel industry for over 10 years now, firstly as a corporate travel consultant before finding a passion for Conference and Incentive management a couple of years back. She has lived in Canada and considers this her second home, along with Canada she has travelled to the South Pacific, America, Europe, Asia and Mexico. Nicola loves being able to make memorable trips for clients and loves the thrill of seeing an event finally come together.
With a background of 15 years in retail travel, Clair has experience with booking a wide range of destinations.
Her travels have taken her extensively round Australia and the South Pacific, as well as South East Asia and Europe. Other favourite destinations include Canada and South America with Machu Picchu being a highlight. Clair enjoys tailoring her clients holidays to their needs, based on her own travel experiences, and is excited to be part of this diverse area of the travel industry.
Janeen has been in the travel industry for over 20 years specialising in longhaul corporate travel. She loves dealing with people and thrives on the challenge of quoting the “out of ordinary” travel plans her clients throw at her. Janeen’s professionalism and fantastic people skills makes her a valuable asset to our team. Janeen balances her work life schedule by her love of long distance running and has participated in many a fun runs and half marathons.
With six years’ experience in Travel and Event Management, Mai has a proven background in executing a broad range of events and projects from small groups to a larger scale of up to 800 attendees. Mai has worked with a variety of clients on events ranging from conference meetings, sports groups and small and large incentive trips & has a Bachelor of Business Degree – major in International Business. Mai believes in listening to her clients, to capture their needs to custom design the most suitable programme and help create a trip to remember. An avid traveller, she has extensively travelled throughout Europe, South Pacific, Australia & Canada.
